In January 1999, Isaac Sarayiah teamed up with restaurant pr supremo, Alan Crompton-Batt to create a formidable and exciting partnership.
Apart from the two 3-Star Michelin chefs named above and their respective restaurants such as MPW Criterion, The Titanic and Chez Nico, Ninety Park Lane, clients included RF Hotels, the new hotel chain of Sir Rocco Forte and the Halcyon Corporation, which includes the prestigious Halcyon Hotel, Holland Park and the top Indian restaurant, Tamarind, Mayfair. In addition to pr and consultancy, Alan and Isaac organized the odd party when they needed a bit more excitement including Andrew Neil's prestigious 50th Birthday party at the Marriott Hotel, County Hall, which was featured exclusively in OK! Magazine.
This partnership continued until late Summer 1999, when Isaac departed and officially launched his own company, "Carpe Diem Group," as a vehicle for his own maverick personality, which has now branched out into Film and Television (see Films/TV for more details) and Isaac has been represented by the talent and literary agency, Peters Fraser and Dunlop Ltd.
